This work develops a conceptual and computational framework showing how all elementary arithmetic operations can be expressed as structured forms of signed addition. The framework simplifies the logical basis of arithmetic computation and provides an elegant reduction model that has relevance for numerical theory, algorithmic design, digital arithmetic, and the construction of minimal hardware units such as addition-only ALUs.
